GOOD TO KNOW
Why Logos Are Created as EPS Files

Your logo is key to your brand – it will be on everything and used in many sizes and formats – it needs to be flexible. An EPS file is a high–resolution "vector based" file created in a drawing program such as Adobe Illustrator. "Vector based" files can be scaled up or down in size with no loss of image quality, allowing your logo to be enlarged as big as you need (think trade show exhibit) or shrunk to as small as you need (think website thumbnail image). Avoid using photos in your logo, as photos are "raster based" images that cannot be enlarged in size without loss of image quality.

CONSIDER THIS
Exhibit Appearance From All Angles

Consider ThisWhen you are planning your exhibit space most likely you spend a fair bit of time planning how your exhibit appears to the individual approaching your space from the aisle.

But don't forget to consider all the angles – especially how your booth appears from the sides, and if visible, how it appears from the back. Not only do you want to keep your area tidy, but don't overlook obvious messaging opportunities (visible back walls).

TIP
Shipping Your Exhibit Materials
Know the "move in" dates for your trade show and allow appropriate time for your marketing and promotional materials to arrive. If your materials are late, not only will it cause you headaches on setup day, it can take a bite out of your budget in rush/overtime charges.

FAVORITE PRODUCT
Hand Sanitizer Spray Pen
Hand Sanitizing Spray PenStay germ free when you travel with a hand sanitizer spray pen. It is shaped like a pen with a clip and it passes through airport security. What's more, many major retailers carry them.
